These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlaySlot's website, venue-owner dashboard, and mobile applications (together, the "Platform"), operated by PlaySlot ("PlaySlot", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who can use PlaySlot
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Venue-owner accounts are for individuals or businesses authorized to list and manage a sports venue. Player accounts are for individuals booking slots at listed venues.
2. Account registration
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- PlaySlot may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.
3. Venue listings and bookings
- Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their venue details, pricing, availability, and slot schedules.
- Players book available slots directly through the platform; a booking is confirmed once payment (where applicable) is processed successfully.
- PlaySlot facilitates the connection between venue owners and players but is not a party to the underlying agreement to use the venue itself.
- Cancellation and refund terms for a specific booking are set by the venue owner and shown at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated by PlaySlot.
4. Payments
Payments made through the platform are processed by our third-party payment processor (Razorpay). PlaySlot does not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details — these are handled directly by the payment processor under its own terms and security standards. Venue owners receive payouts on the schedule described in their dashboard, subject to any applicable platform fees.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, including through automated scraping, bots, or excessive requests.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking, payment, or venue information.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, venue staff, or PlaySlot personnel.
6. Venue owner responsibilities
Venue owners are solely responsible for the safety, condition, legal compliance, and staffing of their venue, and for honoring bookings made through the platform. PlaySlot is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or losses arising from the use of a physical venue.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by PlaySlot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, venue owners, or PlaySlot. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaySlot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between players and venue owners.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
